You know the scene in Mean Girls when someone says, "I saw Cady Heron wearing army pants and flip flops, so I bought army pants and flip flops."? I feel like that girl a lot of times. Thanks to style blogs and pinterest, I've literally found myself saying, "I saw this blogger wearing that, so I am going to wear that too." This outfit comes to us straight from a pin I found (I believe it was pinned from here, but please let me know if you know the actual source of this photo!), which caused me to buy this shirt, knowing I could wear it with my mint pants. Pathetic or inspired? I'm not quite sure. Either way, I'm still thankful for the interwebs and how they've encouraged me to try new looks and have fun with fashion.
