Forgotten Then Found

I love when I remember an old article of clothing I have - that I somehow haven't given away - that is perfectly what I had in mind for an outfit. That happened with these shorts the other day. I can't remember the last time I wore them (and am pretty sure I bought them for a work uniform at one point), but they were exactly what I was looking for! I also busted these heels out of another long hibernation and put them all together for this outfit. The shoes reminded me of happier times when brands made comfortable, cute, and walkable heels under 5.5 inches and I wish more than anything we could all return to that time. Please, shoe companies, I'm asking ever so nicely.

  5. I love when this happens! I can't agree more with the shorter heels and more comfortable shoes. I actually think they've done a better job in putting more walkable shoes out there recently.

  12. Super cute outfit lady! I am with ya on the whole shoes thing, my feet have seen better days. I vote we go back to comfy shoes with a slight heel 2-3.5 inches tops. How were 4-5 inch heels ever practical?
