If you know me, you know my undying love and devotion towards Trader Joe's heavenly Cookie Butter spread. And may even remember the Cookie Butter Crisis of 2011 (total outage of it everywhere for several months). So you can only imagine my thoughts and feelings when I came across a recipe on pinterest for Cookie Butter Cookies. Cookie Butter + butter and sugar and vanilla sounded beyond what my taste buds could even comprehend. I made them this weekend and wasn't disappointed. So easy, so delicious, and pretty much the best cookie dough ever. Here's the recipe I followed. I wish there was a way to send one to each of you through the computer screen.
