Breakfast in the backyard after sleeping for 11 hours. Perfect temperatures all weekend too.

Bite of Bend was happening when I was there so we walked around downtown and got yummy food and listened to the live music.

Got to ride on my dad's motorcycle with him. Best thing ever.
I'm so glad I went home this weekend. From the incredibly gorgeous drive out there Friday night (I was seriously in awe of how beautiful God's creation is), to dinner with Dad and Grandad, to morning tear-and-joy-filled prayers with Mom, to a total of 19 hours of sleep, it was just what I needed. I love my family so much and feel so blessed and recharged every time I am with them. And Bend is really such an amazing place in the summer. Hope you all had lovely, sun-filled weekends as well! xoxo
i would love to check out bend. a childhood friend of mine moved there in high school and i always wanted to visit. looks like a beautiful weekend!

I have the mint nail polish on my toes right now.. I put gold glitter on the tips... So cute! I wonder if my mom would give it a go!! :)
