Since my name (well Sarah to be technical) means "Princess" in Hebrew, I was pretty much destined to love all things princessy since birth. This wedding is no exception. I didn't stay up late to watch it (though if I didn't have to work today and had a group of girls who were willing to get dressed up, drink champagne and stay up all night with me I probably would have), but I did wake up bright and early to catch what footage I could and see all the pictures (and to work out - early Friday morning workouts are the best). I know it's everywhere, but I still wanted to bring you my favorite highlights, mostly of Kate's STUNNING dress. Enjoy...

I decided to channel my inner wedding guest and wear one of my fascinator-type headbands to work today
Now I'm drinking English Breakfast tea and feeling high on royal love.
Have a fancy day my lovely princesses.

She really looked stunning... so breathtaking!
ReplyDeletebeautiful post! i LOVE her face in the pic with the two girls, she just seems so real in it, you know? love your outfit too!! <3 EverRubyGirl.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI loved the ceremony! She looked so gorgeous, that dress is totally fit for a queen! Also, William looked so happy throughout, it was beautiful. I feel so nostalgic for my wedding it's not even funny!
ReplyDeleteThis post is cute! I love that you added the fascinator to commemorate the wedding. That's sweet. I'm also digging the Audrey Hepburn artwork in the background. On to Kate's dress, I'm surprised, but I really love the lace sleeves. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch it.. so I'm loving everyone's post on it. And the photos. I love the photos.

i'm still swooning over her dress. though i must say, that headband looks quite dashing on you!
ReplyDeletegorgeous photos! Thanks so much for entering my giveaway! Its funny because your user name is Sara B, which I love because my name is also Sara and my last name starts with a B!
ReplyDeleteHello Sara! Thank you for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch the wedding either (I tend to operate in my own little world, so the royal wedding's been in my periphery in general), but I couldn't help seeing pictures from the event here and there. Kate's dress was very elegant! She makes simple and sophisticated fashion decisions, and she seems like such a sweetheart. I hope she and Will will be happy :)
I love the fascinator. Take care! -jane
it was such a great day for England (were I live). I watched the ceremony live and it looked like a complete fairy tale! the bride (and her sister) were absolutely gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI love the detail in the back- hadn't seen that shot before.
